Yes, we provide complimentary shipping to Australia. Additionally, we offer free shipping to the US, EU, and Russia for orders exceeding $200 USD in value.

Our standard delivery time for Australian customers ranges between 2 to 3 weeks, while shipping to the US and EU generally takes around 3 weeks. Please note that custom costumes will require an additional 1 to 2 weeks on top of the standard delivery time.
How can I track my order?

Upon payment confirmation, we aim to pack and ship your order within 48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number following shipment. Please note possible delays during holidays, and remote deliveries may experience extended delays due to local transport schedules. All orders are dispatched from our overseas warehouse.
What materials are used for your costumes?

The majority of our cosplay costumes are crafted from premium breathable polyester materials. Our custom costume selection typically features PU leather, EVA and Polyester materials, as well as Spandex fabric for a diverse range of options.
Are there any customs duties associated with this item?

We handle all import duties, taxes, and charges for items shipped to Australia and other countries.

For more accurate measurements, it is recommended to wear thin, tight clothing to closely capture your body shape. Minimize the margin for error by enlisting assistance if available. Measurements can be recorded in either centimeters or inches.
